grilling steaks tonight! wind has passed on, and sun promises a warmer day---I even opened a few windows!

Last night I grilled pork chops, cooked up a pot of rice and a pot of apples.
Tonight should grill the chicken in the fridge, but might be too tired after a mowing marathon today before tomorrows rain.

Little uncertain yet but BF is setting up for his colonoscopy. Had edit as the procedure is Tuesday
So making a kings dinner Chicken baked in the oven.
Mashed yukon potato, gravy and cauliflower or beans

I ran across this Italian grand mother. She solved one of the problems I had making pizza in my toaster. Cooking the crust and sauce first took me to another level.............
