Sounds good! do you make individual Yorkshire puddings or a family style big one?

Individual ones. We don’t traditionally do the big ones in Yorkshire - the smaller ones hold the gravy better.

I did it alongside a roast beef dinner. We had never had it, looked up a recipe and made it. I thought it really was a pudding(sweet) and was surprised at the recipe. good, though!
