Whatcha Making for Supper?

Wonders if this is like those dollhouse chicken coops.....
...that's actually a tiny cornish game hen in there.

Actually.....it just might be.

Ok so after attempting to do the "air" fried chicken I gave up at 40 minutes and only 2 thighs (granted they were HUGE) being done. I broke out my cast iron and oil to do the rest on top of the stove with the normal (for us) finishing in the big oven.

I will still try to find what actually works in there......maybe just cutlets, fries, tots and maybe a cornish game hen.

I actually own a Ronco rotisserie.... With all the gadgets and gizmos too. It works well on a standard chicken but big broilers (labeled as oven stuffers) don't fit. I gave $25 at a yard sale about 15 years ago.

Doing bone in wings and legs party size bought at Costco
in the oven, Baby rays bar b cue sauce.
Fried little potato maybe yup chives and bacon in there.
Beets is the veggie of choice.

They are in the frozen section here where the chicken all is

I honestly have never looked. At the regular grocery store they are $4 a pound and are whole wings....including the tip with no meat at all.

Costco calls them party wings they are close to watch you get from the party legs in meat but little old me can eat 4 of them or 6 some days
