These are party food that I make for us as a meal.
I pkg. Hawaiian Rolls
Enough ham to cover the rolls
Enough Swiss Cheese to cover the roles
1 stick of butter, melted
4 tsp. mustard
4tsp. poppy seed
Quarter of small onion diced.
Heat oven to 450F.
Cut rolls in half.
Mix the butter, mustard, poppy seed, and diced onion together. Then spread the mixture over both sides of the rolls.
Now cover the bread with Swiss Cheese on both halves.
Now place the ham on one half of the bread.
Put the two halves back together.
Place on Parchment Paper and cut the rolls.
Place Parchment Paper on some foil and wrap to place in oven.
Bake in 450F oven till the cheese melts.
Take them out and serve.

I had canned sardines, fried green tomatoes and a few small red potatoes, cut in half and fried until browned on both sides. After taking all the tomato and pepper plants out of the garden, and taking a couple of short hikes in the woods I was hungry!

I'll eat sardines and rice when I don't feel like cooking. You should take a look at all of my food albums for the kind of fancy stuff that I make.Wow, that looks great! I went simple again with a bowl of oatmeal (cooked in the microwave) topped with a couple of soft fried eggs topped with parmesan cheese. One dish to clean, the way I like it. If I get hungry later I still have some sardines left over from yesterday.
