Last night we had steak on the bbq, biscuits, and salad. Pasta for the fam but not me. Tonight DH will finish steak and pasta and the kids are having nachos. I think I’ll skip it or just have salad.

That would stress me out. lol I have to know what I'm cooking by at least the day before. Plan my meals a week at a time. That has been the main difficulty this week. Wasn't able to go shopping, so lots of improvisation going on.

Sorry I missed this! I'm actually in the experimentation phase and I use a different recipe each time I make it. I'm going through google searches of the recipe until I decide one is the best, or until I hit upon one that best fits my memory of it. This was the latest I used: Rassolnik
