Pork steak cooked in turkey gravy, rice and garden squash.

Sounds like I'll be using my dutch oven instead of the crockpot. I forgot about the searing step. Can't do that in a crockpot.

You can sear it in a frying pan and still cook it in the crockpot. I've done that before.
