We love tacos here. And tonight is taco night. Street tacos with tri tips, Anaheim chilis, avocado and cilantro. So good. Homemade tortillas! Yum!

The Princess made a Farfalla/cheese/ground beef/tomato sauce concoction in the Instant Pot served with a Caesar salad. I may give the kitchen back to her. It was good.

It was going to be lemon garlic chicken, but DH is not making his regular Thursday trip to town this morning, and I don't have lemons, so it might be lime garlic chicken. I think it will be just as good.

Going out for a 'farewell' dinner for granddaughter and grandson-in-law. They are moving to SC.
