Tell ya what make your own pizza.
If you have yeast if and cup and half hot water otherwise add a egg bit of sugar and hot water make a sweeter dough.

Oh, my Dorado tacos

I've got a trick I came up with a few weeks ago. The last time I made tacos.
Instead of building the taco ingredient by ingredient and having several piles of everything, I mix the lettuce, tomato (in this case Ro-Tel), onion, cheese and taco sauce in a bowl. Then just spoon it in on top of the meat.

Then, depending on how much leftovers of each I have, it will eventually become taco salad.

I wanted pizza today. But I've wanted a good pizza for about 25 years now.
I live in a pizza poor town. Well, poor is probably the wrong term. My first small pizza at one of the local shops cost me 18 bucks and was lousy. Someone is getting rich.

A good pizza for me is a frozen Red Baron with thin crust

Our farm was in Upstate NY before we move to Alabama. There was really great pizza at Joe & Vinny Pizzeria. 100% hand made, hand tossed and cooked in brick ovens. Boy, we really miss Joe & Vinny pizza.

I shared this on here before, but I need to share it with you. If you follow this guy's recipe and method, you will make the best pizza dough in the world. Of course, dividing it by 10 to get just one pizza is a trick, but it's doable. I did it. It's the only pizza dough I would ever make now.
