But, if you need to add blue cheese, why not just make it? Honestly, homemade is so good you would never go back.

I don't have to add it. It's chunky enough on its own. I like to add it.
It goes back to when I was younger and my mother added blue cheese to our salads. Or we'd go out to eat and ask for crumbled blue cheese on our salad.
I come from a blue cheese family. Preferably gorgonzola :)

You can never have too much blue cheese :)
