Whatcha Making for Supper?

Yeah, I think goulash might be a regional name for it. I didn't know it was called American Chop Suey until I was in my forties.

I made Dorado tacos tonight on the griddle using the meat I cooked last night.
Man I love those things.
 
I threw a few partial bottle out about a year ago. Sesame oil, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar. It had probably been ten years since I used any them :(
For all I know they were still good, but I just wasn't using them anymore.
I use all those in several dishes.
