I would pounce on that dinner you're fixing up.

It was pretty good, but a lot of spicy dishes. We like spicy so it works for us, but I'd be cautious about making it for someone else.

Pupusas are far more satisfying than they sound. Who knew?

I made casserole. Ground beef egg noodles tomato sauce black olives seasoning of choice and Monterey Jack cheese. Cook the meat and noodles. Drain the meat and noodles. Add tomato sauce and olives to the meat and add a little bit of the cheese. Put the noodles in a casserole dish add the meat and sauce and mix until combined. Cover with more cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
