Found a school cafeteria sloppy joe recipe from 80's & 90's on Tasting History with Max Milller. I'm a fiend for it. Lemon custard for dessert.

Pulled pork loin, leftover stuffing made into patties maybe a zucchini fried.

spinach/cheese ravioli, Texas toast, and a salad if the Princess picks up some tomatoes.

The dill in the garden has gone crazy so I made a ton of deviled eggs - I use sour cream instead of mayonnaise because I am thoroughly anti-mayonnaise. I made way too many, so I'm thinking of convincing everyone deviled eggs is a meal in and of itself so we get through these things quicker.

Chicken Math applies to deviled eggs. My family wouldn't think of eating four hard-boiled eggs at one sitting, but any one of them will down a full dozen deviled eggs and go looking for more!

Fish tacos, my favorite! Along with that we'll have elote, refried beans, spanish rice and a salad. Elote is a sort of Mexican corn salad, but I always make a green salad with everything, basically just lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes, so nothing heavy.

Salmon and sheet pan roasted vegetables. Today's vegetable medley will consist of sweet potato, kale, baby carrots, squash & zucchini.

Grilled pork chops. With corn ribs.

We had grilled pork chops yesterday, too! With sauteed cinnamon green apples & a salad.
& ate some of them again today for lunch. This time with some steamed broccoli.
