BTW, pan fried it is.
I bought some bacon on sale, too. And it is not worthy to wrap asparagus in and grill. It'll work just fine for cabbage and potatoes though
Costco has a surprisingly high standard for their meats. My niece used to work for a rancher and said they were very particular and strict on their standards for beef.
You can have Trader Joe's. I think they had their start in a college town and geared their products for the professor. Their foods are based on something quick and flavorful. They do have organic produce, but not a lot, and they have a great selection of cheeses. The triple cream blue cheese is to die for. But, I rarely shop there. Not much into packaged and premade foods.
Another nice lunch did not have me thinking about dinner much. But I had that fatty bacon, and half a head of cabbage, and a potato that wasn't looking back at me, and onion, and garlic, and I felt like cooking... so I'm making a quasi Irish meal with the above in one of my Griswold skillets.
