Whatcha Making for Supper?

I slow roast them for 2 hours (325), with just a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. They turn out amazing and are very good on top of white fish. I would compare them to sun-dried tomatoes, but fresher and juicier.
We do this on the stovetop. Have sweet (tomato jam) and savory (curried tomato) recipes, but it's the same concept of cooking of them down. Never thought to do it in the oven! 🤔
 
Does it require flour and making a dough-like substance?

Lobster filled ravioli is also on my bucket list to make :thumbsup
Yes, well a batter really, but it's easier than you think. This is the recipe I followed. You could fill it with lobster or crab if you prefer and top it with an alfredo sauce. Really, there are so many options.

I did recently make seafood crepes, which was a very similar process to this. Both were much easier than I expected.

That looks doable. I've seen tortillas made this way.
Much simpler than rolling it out.
