Whatcha Making for Supper?

Do you have to go to a specialty shop for linguica or does your regular store carry it?
I had to order it online. I can't remember where now. It has been in the freezer for a few months. I just googled it.

Ah...found it. https://www.gasparssausage.com/gaslin.html We bought the linguica and the chourico. Both are good. I'm not a big sausage eater but this is okay. DH loved them both, and that's what matters. I usually have a salad, but you knew that. 😁

Nice! I might have to put together a holiday order and get the discount. I've been wanting to try some real chorizo.

If you don't have and don't want to buy Sazon seasoning, here is a copycat recipe for it. You probably have these spices in the cupboard. Well, except the annatto seed. I don't even know what that is.

ETA: Well, look at that. Amazon has it. lol

I happen to have sazon I bought for another recipe. Happy to have something else to use it for.
