Where has this idea been hiding?
I’ve had SO many things deep fried. Never brussel sprouts, but it sounds yummy!

And this is why I don't order out.

I figured I would splurge, knowing that prices for take out seem to have gone through the roof. And liking their pizza and also wanting to try the wings.

And the medium cheese, pepperoni, sausage pizza I ordered was someone else's large cheese and pepperoni.

And the wings, the ones they advertise as being from an old franchise and having the sign on their bldg to prove it, are far from it. The sauce maybe, but they tasted and looked like they were done in a crock pot, not one of those conveyor ovens that gives them a grilled texture.

I can salvage the wings tomorrow by sticking them under the broiler.
The pizza was a greasy mess. And just not enough toppings to make up for it.

I'm not much for deep fried foods. I have made them in the air fryer.

I decided one night that I wanted to see what deep fried Brussels would taste like. I didn't coat them in anything and to my surprise they were so good. The first layer was a bit charred but it was still so good. That's how I discovered squash fries.
