Whatcha Making for Supper?

We are celebrating our son's 25th birthday tonight

Here is the casserole my sister made. I had a piece and a half for lunch. And it will probably be supper tonight, too.

It has chicken in it, which was good, but I would love to see some shrimp in it, too. I'm just not sure how to keep them from overcooking. Or making the dish more of a seafood dish if I add them raw.

Last night's supper. Good thing I had some Del Monte green beans in the cupboard. All my fresh veggies had turned before their time.

Cheeseburger Casserole (our kids loved it)
Browned Burger, 2 cans of Tomato Soup, half can of water, can of Peas (drained) Grands Biscuits (split in half before cooking, put Cheese in center & put back together) Have the Casserole stuff hot before you put the uncooked rolls on top. Then cook everything according to the Grands Biscuits can.
