What's a chicken breed that you WOULD you own again?

California whites, or leghorns of some sort. Had some hen that was bought as a white leghorn, pretty sure she was california white, who recently got sold. She was an excellent layer, skittish herself, but hatched out 2 hens from her, both being incredibly friendly and curious and also fairly good layers.
So i’d love to get into those proficient laying breeds again, not exactly the same though, I’m a little more keen on the idea of dark brown leghorns, or blue-breasted red, than white or leghorn mixed birds.

I have red sex links now and I also adore them! They lay every day and are very sweet girls.

It's hard to pick just a few, maybe D'uccles and Speckled Sussex, both are so pretty and chill. My Sussex are so inquisitive and gentle.

True Ameraucanas. I have a splash girl that I absolutely adore. Already getting 2 more in either blue/black and lavender.
