what's biting dog's ears?!

Are they scabby? Flies can be terrible for chewing on outside dogs' ears, but it's a little early in the season.
 
You could spray her with a horse fly spray (like Bronco by Farnham) and see if that helps. Obviously you'll want to be sure it doesn't irritate her skin though.

No, do not ever do this. Dogs do not have the body mass that horses do and the sprays are computed for a horse's body mass. Had a vet tell me that this could actually kill a susceptible dog because it is that much stronger than that same chemical would be if it was mixed at a strength intended for a dog.
