I slept poorly last night and needed a good energy source, so I stopped at jack in the Box and got a breakfast combo.

I slept poorly last night and needed a good energy source, so I stopped at jack in the Box and got a breakfast combo.

Wish we had Jack in the box. Had one 30 years ago then closed down. They built a new one on the north side of town about 12 years ago and it only lasted a year before closing down. Rumors had it they refused to pay property taxes. I miss them. I like their tacos.

Woke up to a very rainy morning so breakfast was inside. Hello autumn we need the rain ! I had black tea, coffee, bread with fresh ewe cheese and honey, tahini, grapes and somme apple slices.

I worry about you and only ever having coffee for breakfast!
Mind you, I am not sure my breakfast today is exactly best practice: Corn and Shrimp Chowder. Chilly today and soup seemed like the perfect choice!

I have NEVER been able to eat immediately upon getting up. Generally I have a very early lunch.

That makes me feel better. I am a ‘breakfast is the best meal of the day’ type so it made me sad and hungry reading your ‘only coffee’ posts!
