Was busy filling the new coop no lunch.

Had a english muffin of my own making cheese, egg with bacon.
Lunch is banana and yogurt

Today I had pork roll and cheese with fried onions on sourdough bread, and it was good.

Sourdough english muffin, egg, bacon and cheese.

leftover steak and chicken parmesan plus a hot cross bun

Had a original english muffin, cheese, eggs bacon was the meat.
Then a tillamook yogurt.
