Quesadilla with salsa. Then I had some PB&J without bread, just a spoon, lol. Maybe a salad later too.

We were supposed to take our daughter out to lunch, but she canceled because of work. We decided to go to Cracker Barrel. 'Lunch' was eggs over easy, potato casserole, bacon and sourdough toast. They actually have eggs that are edible.

Hey, I didn't have one yesterday; although, I considered it for supper. Has to be made with heirloom tomatoes - ripened on the windowsill, they taste almost garden fresh. Don't ask about the price.
