Word from the kitchen is we are going to finish off the Enchilada pie from yesterday. To many good leftover have been acquired while the kids have been here. They will be back after lunch today and we will fix something nice for them tonight before the leave in the morning early.

With company gone now we have some very good leftovers to start grazing through. It's like a grab it and growl day for us. Wife loves a break from cooking so she always plans on having a second meal out of most things, mainly the vegetables.

I want a ham and pineapple sandwich but out of pineapple. So It's looking like a grilled ham and cheese with a pickle on it will have to do.

Lunch idea got vetoed today. Having a fish sandwich with a slab of tomato on it.

Wife is heating me a plate of leftover sirloin tips over pasta from last night. I'll have a half of a fresh large tomato with it.
