What's for lunch?

Is that desert speak for home fries?
Around here, Home fries are usually diced chunks of tater. Skillet potatoes are sliced like potato chips and pan fried. I kinda feel like they're more or less the same idea with different visual presentation. This place just calls them skillet potatoes.
 
In related news, My blood pressure is the best it's been all week after clogging up my arteries with country gravy :) So I guess we can conclude that I should switch to only chicken fried steak / biscuits and gravy for my health.
