What's for lunch?

The MIL brought over dinner.

It's a chicken noodle soup sort of day.

bologna, tomato, cheese sandwich

I had the end of the non frozen smoked Boston Butt as a sandwich.

In a time crunch so I settled for a TV style frozen dinner of a beef pattie, sweet corn, & mashed potatoes.

Yesterday I had a ham salad/tomato/cheese sandwich for lunch. Today ?

We are about to raid the fridge for any leftovers to make room for chickens getting ready for freezer camp.

To tired today to care about eating at noon so I settled for a nap.
