We are going to a luncheon and don't know what will be served. It will be fun to be among friendly faces today.

Yesterday's luncheon was a nice salad, roast pork loin, cheesy broccoli, and a most deliciously way of cooking potatoes like I've never had before. We also got to see the inside of a storm chaser van and had a demo of how the cameras worked. Most interesting.

Today's lunch will be enchilada pie.

Today I had White Castle cheese burgers

lunch was changed on me at the last minute without my input. Changed to fish fillets and tater tots.

I was assuming left overs that need to be used while fresh in fridge. Ma always cooks enough for 2 meals to make less work for her. Less time standing up is a need for her. Now we have company for the day so we may get something special thrown together and there will be even more yummy left overs.
