Get some ground beef, spaghetti sauce. Look up how to brown the meat, and add spaghetti sauce afterwards. Nutritious, easy, and you cooked it, so you know what's in it.

Yep. There's a thread on here for cooking I think.

Making sandwiches is a good way to get a good lunch. Two pieces of bread, slathered in mayo, with three slices of lunchmeat turkey in between (or canned tuna), slap it together, and eat with potato chips. If you feel like it's not junk-food-ie enough, you can sit on it once to make it as flat as those cheap mcdonalds cheeseburgers.
