I had lunch at Applebee's. It was delicious.

I had a turkey and bacon sandwich with tomato, lettuce and some sort of spicy guacamole mayo sauce. Mmmmm...

I went to my moms and had roasted chicken and chocolate ice cream. I am happy now.

I've been smelling baked beans all day. Wish they'd hurry up so I can find out if they will taste as good as they've smelled. Must remember to make rolls or biscuits!! *stamping note on forehead*

OK, I just got back from a sandwich run to Subway! I'm having a turkey sandwich!!

I had turkey with provolone and avocado the other day on sweet wheat bread - it was SOOOO good. We have a place down the street that makes 8" sandwiches, chips and a drink for $4.75.

I have been craving ceviche so I went to my favorite place to get it (Marisco's Chihuahua), took it to go and enjoyed it immensely without the kids. I am so bad.

Oh, but dinner is easy! I made a pot roast yesterday and am going to use the leftovers to make a pot pie tonight.

I've even got homemade bread rising to the occassion!

Frogdog, what kind of ceviche did you have? I LOVE conch ceviche, haven't had it in a few years, hard to find in Ga!
