What's for lunch?

Then you would also say that about the ceviche I had today!
ce⋅vi⋅che
–noun
an appetizer of small pieces of raw fish and or shrimp, octopus, squid, etc marinated in lime or lemon juice, often with onions, peppers, and spices.
You either love it or hate it.

Actually, the shrimp they put in ceviche is already cooked. It's the fish variety that isn't. I love shrimp ceviche!

There must be a million ways to make it, I am no expert, but it does not taste cooked texture wise. So do some recipes precook the octopus and squid with the shrimp?

lol@ fluffer nutter sandwiches. My darling caveman loves those. Fixed one for the kiddos once, no takers. Must get that from mom's side of the mason dixon line. lol Dad's a yankee, mom's a texas hick.

I got up this morning and put a 12.5 lb brisket on the smoker. Real early. Its a 14 hour cook. I am driving my poor puppy mad with the smells

Ok, whats a fluff?
I love peanut butter.
I have fried eggs on top of toast which has slices of cheese on top so the hot eggs sort of melt the cheese, also have spinach under the cheese, then top with fried small mushrooms.

Fluff is marshmallow creme in a jar. Yummy stuff.

I'm not sure if the shrimp or octopus are cooked w/ heat in ceviche. Probably depends upon the cook. When I make ceviche, I just let the lime & lemon juice do the work & I don't cook it.

That said, if I don't use shrimp in ceviche.
