What's going on here???

We got 2 chicks a week ago this past Friday, Lucy and Ethyl. We were told they were a day old. Ethyl is getting way more feathers than lucy. Lucy is much more vocal and gets into things more. THey both are active and fun to watch. Any idea why one has so many feathers than the other?

it could be the conditions they were kept in before, maybe different brooders, or just pecking.
