Welcome to BYC. Her skin is very inflamed and peeling on her chest. She has bad scaly leg mites. Have you looked for lice or body mites on her skin? She may be getting her feathers picked or could be picking herself. Where does she spend most of her time? What type of bedding are you using, and is the bedding damp or soiled? Does she lie down a lot or get outside to roam around. What is her diet? What are her poops looking like?
I would begin to treat her for leg mites by soaking her legs once a day in warm soapy water or Epsom salts, using a toothbrush the first time to loosen some cpscales. Dry well, then apply a thick oil, such as vaseline, castor, mineral or vegetable oil to the legs and feet rubbing it in under the scales. After a couple of days switch to twice a week until scales start growing back in. This will take a month or two. Clean out your coop, and I would spray the empty coop, nests and roost bars with Permethrin.
