whats killing my chicks?.and my mom hen??

ok...heres the situation.....one of my hens hatched out some babies i mean alot of em. well when she decided to come out and bring chicks out...she kept leaving half of em behind so i decided to lock her up in the spare coop..everything was good for about a little over a week then bang woke up and there was a dead chick....the next day the same...the day after two chicks.....the next two days a dead chick...then it stoped...a week or so went by then my mom hen was staggering one one morning she was sick i could tell...i checked on her here and there throughout the day and i went out to check her she was laying there looking at me....i went to go get some fresh water came back and there she was dead.
stiff as a board....the next week after that i lost three chicks...now in on this week and have lost three now..i have one now bobbing its head continusly and doing that thing where they tilt there head back to drink but he isnt drinking anything,,,,,he is foaming/bubbling out the mouth...once in a while...and just settin there bobbing its head and doing that thing when they drink.....it has been like that for about three or four days now....and i have had chicks die sence then that didnt have any symtoms the night before of anything????im lost???

sence there mom died i have them on plenty of heat plenty of water plenty of chick starter....medicated....i dont know....does anyone have anything they can tell me?????????

I'd give them some teramyacin. Sounds to me like an infection.

Is there any moldy areas in the spare coop? Or wet areas where the feed could get moldy?

yes there was some leaks in it till i fixed them but havent cleaned it sence it was wet
