Duck for me. I have a drake I processed last year that's been in the freezer and it's time to dig him out. I'm thinking probably slow cooked in a prune sauce (since it's Muscovy, dark meat), accompanied by cranberry sauce and a veggie side.

That sounds really good! We are also doing some family favorites... angel rolls, pie, jello

I've never had an angel roll, but it sounds tasty. And hooray for pie and jello (good any time of year, IMO).

Having turkey but, sure have a hankering for duck. Not sure how to make them. I flunked cooking - everyone has tried to teach me - they end up cussing and tearing their hair out.

To keep the peace I end up going to Boston Market - where you can get individual turkey dinners.
