Recently I've been taking a multivitamin, vitamin D, two fish oils (to get over 1g of EPA, which is the threshold that was reported to get some of the beneficial effects; most fish oil supplements don't have that much EPA), and either magnesium glycinate or calcium. I haven't gotten a checkup with blood testing in a while, so maybe I'll get it and ask for the vitamin and mineral levels to be tested.
 
I started taking magnesium glycinate.
That's what I take. Being a woman of "that age" (ie, post menopausal), I need to be sure I get enough calcium and magnesium for my bones. I had magnesium citrate, but it gave me diarrhea. (Magnesium can act as a laxative.)

The glycinate formulation doesn't have the unwanted side effect.
 
I'm calling my scarf done. It's for me to wear during hunting season, so it's very bright, and goes with my hat. But when I put my hood up over my yellow/orange hat, the hat disappears. So I thought a scarf would be a good idea.

It's about 5'10", and I was aiming for 6 feet. But I am Tired. Of. Knitting. Orange. and Yellow.

So I'm cheating! I'm hanging it up to stretch out. :lau
