Single comb vs rose comb and if i am not mistaken the BR has a very yellow leg but the dominique has a lighter leg color.

But I am not sure about that. I have a dominique pullet and no BRs to compare her too.

The problem is that the BR like you showed, rodrieguez, the one you own, is so rare as to be almost a different breed these days. 99% of BRs today do not look like that. I've bred my boys with the daughters of that utility rooster and come up with some much nicer ones on occasion than you would think. If you must sacrifice egglaying abilities for perfect barring, I think I'll stay with my better than average utility brand of BRs. JMHO. As for Dom's, I may get some one day, but honestly, I'm not sure I want too many barred breeds. Perfect barring is a very elusive thing to breed for unless you have the money to buy excellent breeding stock to start with.
Some don't like the rose combs on the Doms. I sort of prefer the single combs myself.

That's the great thing about this line, the parents were originally bred from utility birds. It takes them longer to mature, but when grown they lay as well as the production strains do.

They're also built differently. herechickchick's roosters are pretty, but they both have a rather dominique build.

This is how a standard size Rock should be built:
