What's the first thing to do with chicks after they hatch?

I always got chicks from the hatchery or feed store, so what is the procedure with hatchlings from your own incubator. Do I need to dip their beak and such? Do I need special medicated feed, or do I need to give any shots :O

I dont clip thier beak, vacinate them, or use medicated feed. Ive never had any problems or need to.
