What's the most awesome thing you've ever done on a plane? :P

I watched the "alladin" movie 28 times in a row on a flight to england once. I was 12 and no other movies interested or were suitable for me. I can still quote the ENTIRE movie off by heart lol

My last flight was to america with my fiance, I took a photo of him every hour, awake, asleep, eating anything, whatever he was doing exactly on the hour. You can see him get more scraggy and tired looking as it goes along!

My favourite pic is of him sprawled out, fast asleep over our luggage during a 4 hour stopover LOL I told him to watch it while I went to explore, I came back to that! He explained after that that was how he worked out to 'guard it' and sleep at the same time...

I think I've got a couple ties for "most awesome" experiences:

My first solo (Cessna 150).
Canyon flying, chasing another fighter through the turns of a glacial valley in Alaska at 550-ish knots and 500'.
Watching lights turn on in a student pilot's nugget.
The first time I took my wife up "cloud chasing" in Alaska.

When I was a passenger, though, I think this was the best:

I was making a trip back to the US from Europe, and AlItalia was on strike. After a lot of back and forth, I got rerouted, including cross-Atlantic on Virgin Atlantic business class (from my original coach ticket), which is better than most airlines' first class these days. I nodded off before taxi (rare for me to sleep on an airliner - I'm a bit of a control freak) and woke to a flight attendant talking to me. I knew it was English, but I couldn't understand a word she was saying because of a combination of her Irish brogue and my grogginess. Then I realized she was asking when I wanted to schedule my massage! So, right after takeoff, I was getting an amazing massage in a small booth in the nose of the 747, complete with aromatherapy. Wish I could afford to fly that way all the time!
