What's the temperature where you are???

Hey deviled I am definitely not an expert when it comes to what ails chickens but I will try and help. In my experience, the symptoms you described could be a number of things:

Respiratory infection.
Gape worms.
Sour or impacted crop.

It is good that she is eating and drinking .. how do her poops look? Here are a couple of charts which may help:

How is her comb colour?

With a respiratory or sinus infection, you may see some discharge from her nares with some head shaking and possibly sneezing.

Sorry, I have no experience with Gape worms except from reading that it can cause them to stretch their neck, gasp etc.

Has the flock been wormed?

How is her crop, does it feel full or empty? Soft and spongy or hard? If you pick her up is there fluid coming from her beak?
