105 yesterday, will be 105 again today. I've lost 3 hens and 1 chick to the heat even though we go out every 2 hours and put out cool water and dunk anyone who's too hot.

Dunking isn't a good solution. Wet feathers will just make it harder for them to cool off.
Try making mud puddles for them to scratch in. (Sprinkle meal worms in the mud to get them started.) They will also lay on the ground as the water evaporates, to stay cool.
Shallow pools (kiddy pool, litter box, large dog food pans) for them to stand in help too. Good luck. I'm sorry for your losses.
