Thunderstorms wee hours this morning

To me I call a real winter :
freezing nights when you have to leave your pipes dripping
When I have to wear my heavy coat in the day time which is maybe a few times in the season
This past Friday before Christmas was so cold and I’m in my 60’s that I wore my heavy coat and thermal boots all the day (which I only wore this one day for the whole season) that I decided then that if I was not off work I would texted that I would be late for work …

And the temp felt 9 degrees when I walked to the bus stop that Friday morning
It takes around 2 hours to get to work
And I usually do my shopping in the morning and it takes around 3 hours then
