I bought Michael a heavy-duty blow dryer, something like this, a long time ago, for his projects downstairs so he'd quit stealing mine. We later found it handy when we drove through a sleet storm, and the locks on the truck were froze the next morning.

Todays delights are eyeballs - yummy!

Actually it’s raw carrots, yesterday was a head of cabbage. This time around it always an electrical plug that got my eye, unplugged the sweeter heater and ‘boink’ stabbed my eye as the plug flipped back.

That happens all the time here. Im two streets from a lake and it can be blowing in my yard but calm at the lake

It can be snowing at my place and 2km down the road sunny! Snow squall lake effect snow is very variable! Depends where the wind direction is.

Yes hopefully it will warm up a bit and I will be able to get some work done outside. I have a pomegranate tree that I want to move and cut into 4 trees but that's not happening today.

2C (36F), "feels like" -3 dropping to -7 (27 / 19F) in the next few hours as the wind picks up to high teens with gusts up to 35mph. Sleet most of today and continuing until at least early tomorrow, freezing on the ground in some places and adding to the snow melt elsewhere. Humidity 96%.
