I took a walk around the garden this morning and noted the Pepper Tree has replaced a heap of the leaves it lost over winter; the Avocados both have beautiful green shoots; the capsicum plants have also started replacing leaves and Ming the Mandarin is flowering as are the Habinaro’s, red and green peppers and eggplant. Everywhere I looked spring was evident, including the goldfish who were very frisky for first thing in the morning.
Right about now, you are probably thinking this is where I say this was the moment I realised it was going to be a beautiful day. Wrong! It was after I took that first sip of my first coffee after going back inside and telling the world not to be so cheerful first thing in the morning
