It's 16 f here in Northern Illinois,and that feels warm compared to the last couple days. Only had a bit of frostbite at the tips of my California Whites combs,very minor, had wind chills up to -26 past couple days, chickens didn't seem to notice,i sure did!

The highest temp ever in Brisbane was 110F [43C] back in 1940 and highs over 100F [38C] are uncommon.

It is not the heat that is the kicker, it is the humidity, lack of breeze and high overnight temps for weeks on end with no relief.

Ok...I'd just melt in that, seriously.

A relative got married in Cancun. We were there for a week.
The best part of the trip for me was stepping out of the plane at home into the crisp, dry air...lol

Tonight is supposed to be our coldest night.
