27F and clear 12:18 pm. Having lived in Chicago for a large part of my life and then 50+ years in a suburb of same- no big deal. Lived thru the gigantic snow storm of 67- that shut everything down And then a record for the state of -32 from our suburb- same old same old.
Last 2-3 years winter has produced almost 0 snow. I'm thinking suburban warming. Why not?

You don't get to be old, if you fall apart over everything. I may be getting shorter but, I can still shovel snow with the best of them. I beat the men with their sissy snow blowers every time. I have a long driveway - they do not. No sidewalks out here - that's what we use drive -ways for. I love shoveling snow because I can immediately see the results of my efforts- a major turn on!!
