I had a flash flood watch on my phone at 5:00 this morning, which I scoffed at. But then it started raining, and hasn't stopped No flooding here, but plenty of mud. I can't complain though, we really need the rain.

No flooding here, but plenty of mud.

Parts of CT had flash flood warnings too.
Many cars stalled out in deep water.

I was enjoying the browned out grass in my yard (didn't need mowing) then got smacked with a heavy rainstorm last night. Oh joy!! Plus added heat. Grass is headed toward the top of my 42" fence now.

Feel ya. Took one mower in. Couldn't be fixed. Part issue. Another mower has a 4 week wait to be seen. Proud owner of new mower and more rain. Watching grass grow.
