68F 2:21 AM, a good hard rain we needed it so bad.

Or a few days of a steadily constant shower, would do.

108 at 4:05, with humidity feels like 111 (117 a bit earlier). -projected to be 110 tomorrow. I'm way too old for this, and the poor chickens just burrow in the dirt next to the iced water with fans and misters on them. I remember our summer of 1980 when it topped out at 113, and every day in July was above 100. I was a kid, then, and it wasn't nearly as big of a deal....

It's a tough one for sure! I'm just thankful that we don't have any wildfires right now near here. I noticed earlier that there was a 200 acre fire west of the DFW metroplex. Whew.
