Monday: 6:50pm, 76°F, humidity 79%, wind E @ 3mph, partly cloudy, partly sunny. Got 1.1 inches of rain today!

Under a sever thunderstorm watch, the warning just ended.

Went from 22C to 16C in less than an hour, my neighbour 4km up the road had the largest hail they have ever seen, I had Lima bean sized hail here.

Warnings for cloud rotation (tornado) still up.

It is NOT PARTLY cloudy - not sure who at the environment station down the road (1.5km) has been taking those readings!

I don't know. I had a very bad experience in the 1994 Northridge quake. I do not like to talk about it. I don't want to live through anything like that again so I'm reluctant to return to earthquake areas. I am not so young anymore and I might not survive the next one. Nevertheless that is my home and I miss it terribly.
