i have to drip my kitchen faucet too … whenever it’s under 20f

My apartment complex has 10 buildings with about 125 apartments
Our pipes must not be as insulated as y’all’s because we get notices to drip the faucets when we have 3+hours of freezing temps
We have to protect pipes plants pets people in mobile
Average about every few years someone will forget and the pipes will burst
