What's the temperature where you are???

Hey Girl, I'm jealous. I'm a little south of you and we're "supposed" to get 2-4 inches. I'll believe it when I see it. We're too close to the Bay, which is too close the the Ocean, to get much of the good stuff. Still, hope springs eternal. I'm heading out to TSC for feed and cat kibble, then stopping for the obligatory milk/bread/TP panic run - sans the milk and TP.
Fingers crossed!

EDIT to add: Okay, that's 2 consecutive posts complaining about "no snow." Do you think that's enough to tick off the "Snow Fairies" and make 'em send a good dump of real snow?
:fl

Third times a charm give it a go!

More cold weather here. Two weeks into colder than -20 C. -11 F. Two weeks more in the forecast. The temperature will drop to as cold as -30C and even 1 night of -40C and F at night and warm up to -20 to -25 during the day. The only thing that will help us here is if the cold moves east to Toronto and New York. Then it will warm up nicely. Here’s hoping! If I wasn’t here telling you, you wouldn’t know about it, but if Toronto gets cold, we will never hear the end of it.

:gig :gig:gig

My aunt and uncle where up from T.O. (Short for Toronto) today, he just wouldn’t believe me when I told him we had over 50cm of snow…. Then he realized how much snow that was.

He did think it was pretty awesome I had shovelled a path in it from the house to the barn laneway. He wanted to help me haul snow off the roof of the shed. All he had was a pair of ‘hiking’ boots. I told him there was no way he would get through 1/2 a metre of snow with those boots on hahahaha. Poor guy! City people are so sweet wanting to help, like my cousin who helped me put some hay up this past summer - hahahaha she’s so funny, she told me no rooting tootin way she was ever helping again. Too bad, she was pretty good at piling those bales! Wonder how she is a shovelling snow…..

Stay warm out there, it’s cold here also, which just mean more lake effect snow for me. Oh joy….

Lol not much better here!
I think Pittsburg is going to get hit.
Sorry to hear it’s been so miserable. If I could send some of mine your way I would.

The temperature here dropped steadily all day from this morning’s high of -4C.

And so much for sun - had about 15 min of it, the rest of the day was overcast and bouts of flurries.

Currently -8C (17F) and overcast. Forecast low tonight is -13C (9F) witj scattered flurries.

Have a lovely evening/night/day everyone!
Be careful what you wish for...

Okay - It's supposed to be raining now (which it's not) and turning to heavy, wet snow by midnight (but the sky is still patchy - now snow-cloud blanket) and accumulating 2-4 inches (hah!) Then, it's supposedly going to continue in the morning to cap off at six inches, total - and even that isn't "real snow" in my book.
(D'you think that'll work? I'll let you know, tomorrow!)

Don't get dehydrated... It's easy to do if you ignore your body's signals.

Wait a minute- I think you are just like a few miles north actually . lol.
Snow is pretty.
I don’t mind nice snow.
But the ice and wind are not my friends.
You're right - I posted that backwards! You're a bit south of me - If I was really determined, I could walk to the Delaware line. I'd have to ride a bike to PA, but to be honest, I'd rather drive! :D
