Ugh. I need to go and feed the chooks before dusk but it's raining so hard now, I don't want to leave the house without scuba gear. Swap you for some of that nasty white stuff, @Ponypoor ?

Did you get your chooks settled? Is it still lashing rain?

Mostly stopped raining not long after I left, though I'm sure it'll start up again soon. Chicks were happily running around in the mud when I got there They're in their coops now and I'm back in mine drying off.

That storm though.. several large trees down in my area and I saw one fell on a house.. power flickered on and off, but it’s staying on now. I hope no one was hurt.

That was a real humdinger of a storm, wasn't it? We had a lot of debris in the roadway and some nasty damage along the creek, but luckily, the power stayed on ... a "first" for us!

Well its supposed to be 13 degrees tonight but I'll take what I can get!!!

The other day, we hit 70°F.

Today, it's 34°F, and snowing hard. Wind 45 mph. We're supposed to get up to 5" tonight, then Saturday/Sunday 12" to 18".

There are 7 days until Spring! I don't know if we'll make it lol.

Got through one storm this morning that left around 5"; wind 20 mph.

8 p.m.tonight, another one starts that'll leave around a foot, and winds will be 40 mph. Monday, another one hits that will drop another couple of inches.

All said and done, we could get up to 2 feet, but more than likely it'll be 18".
